So I've been thinking, what do people most what to see in a comic book drawings? There is a lot of comic artist who can draw really great scenery and/or backgrounds but some of the figure work lacks in comparison, theres a lot of others that are vis-versa. And of corse there's the medium that can draw both pretty well but not so extravagant as others.

And some of the people who draw the figure can draw muscles and clothing real well lack when it comes to drawing faces.

And people who can draw a city/urban environment real well might not be able to draw a jungle or landscape.

Personally I think if you can draw a face REALLY well, and have your anatomy down you'll do just fine. I mean lets face it, nobody wants to look at poorly drawn face on a girl right? NO! We want to look at a pretty face, something thats attractive to us, and well drawn.

I don't know what I'm trying to say, but you get the point.

So what do you like to see in a drawing, and what do you think is the most important part?
